The Dynamic Duo vs a Two Faced Liar.

Director and DC favourite Rick Morales (Batman: Return of the Caped Crusaders) brings us an animated slice of the 60’s Batman and Robin era. With all the comedy we of a certain age remember and with laugh out loud moments as we watch the birth of a Batman legend.

Professor Hugo Strange has invited the dynamic duo (Adam West, Family Guy) (Burt Ward, Moving Targets) to the cities institute to see a demonstration of his new invention. He believes that it will change the face of justice in Gotham City. On the way Batman takes time to visit Catwoman (Julie Newmar, The Maltese Bippy) who is serving time there, but it isn’t to spring her free, but to deliver her a book of poetry to pass the next thirty six months incarceration.

Inside Strange’s lab he is joined by Dr. Harleen Quinzel (Sirena Irwin, The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water) and Wayne’s friend and crime fighting ally, the District attorney Harvey Dent (William Shatner, Star Trek). Strange’s experiment means he can take all the evil and misguided thoughts from all the evil inhabitants of Gotham and put them in a jar and dispose of them safely.

Surely only Strange and Quinzel think this will go well, as the machine springs to life and starts taking the evil from some of the most vile inhabitants of Gotham. It is collected in a huge vat and as it fills with a green gas things start to go wrong.

With sparks flying all around, confusion reins and as the noise level rises there is an explosion of the green gas and Harvey Dent is right in the firing line. All that concentrated evil hits Dent, engulfing him and what emerges from the gas isn’t Dent. A disfigured face and a new two-tone suit emerges and he has an evil edge and Dents two faced quarter.

The dynamic duo have a new enemy on the block and can they take him down?
