Next is daughter Kathy played by Livania Carnello
1. What gave you the acting bug?
From a young age I’ve always had an interest in the arts/performing, or for anything in the creative field. I’ve always enjoyed being in front of the camera and feel very comfortable and natural. Dramatic Arts was always fun at school, and I always looked forward to those classes! From there, my love for it has developed slowly over the years.
2. How did you get involved with The Bush Knife The Rise?
I actually met the director, Renaldo, online, and have followed his work over the years. Finally, I saw that he was looking for actors for his new movie (through Facebook) and I sent him my details, and was selected for the role of Kathy.
3: How was your experience on set with Bruce and Renaldo?
Entertaining! We always have a great time on set. Everyone is very encouraging and we’re always there to for each other and help where we can. Renaldo makes you feel comfortable and lets you do what you do best!
4: Which Super hero would you most want to play?
The Flash! So I’ll never be late for anything.
5: Being the oldest daughter, did you feel more pressure to look after your little sister?
Of course. I actually am the eldest daughter in my family and I know and FEEL the responsibilities that come with that role. As the eldest, your first instinct is to protect and shield, especially your younger sibling. In the movie, I’m very much like my father, tough like him. Not afraid to get physical if need be.
6: What does the future hold for Liv?
It’s a surprise! I have my heart set on some exciting stuff. The sky really is the limit!
